How do I switch between applications

1. Hold down the alt key and press tab - a small box will appear in the middle of the screen.
2. While still holding alt press tab until the program you want is selected (has a box around it).
3. Release the alt key.

How do I take a screenshot with Windows?

Nice and simple this one:

1. press the PrtSc(Print Screen) key on your keyboard
2. open an image editor (e.g. Paint - start > Run > mspaint > OK)
3. paste the image in.

The screenshot is placed on the clipboard so you can paste it into another application if you wish.
