MS Office image error (Mac)

You get the error "QuickTime(TM) and a TIFF decompressor are needed to see this picture".
Unfortunately, short of having a Mac there isn't a way to solve this using Windows alone. This can be caused by the Mac user dragging and dropping images into their office document - the solution is to use the insert "picture from file" option.
