On screen errors
System Error 61:05
Symptoms
On trying to print, error 61:05 appears on screen.
Fix
- Check the correct driver is being used - it may be that the HP-GL/2 driver is in use for a non GL/2 printer.
- GL/2 requires an addon card - check the system settings to see if a GL/2 card is detected.
- If there is a GL/2 card it may need replacing.
- If there's no GL/2 card installed in the unit, change to the non-GL/2 driver.
