Jet Database opened exclusively by another user

When running the Maths Framework Assessment CD as a limited user, this error (right) may appear. Using Procmon we find this is a permissions problem preventing the user from obtaining modify permissions on the database file.

Fix

Granting the user (or an appropriate group of users) modify permissions to the program folder (By default: c:\program files\Maths Frameworking Assessment CD\) appears to resolve the issue.
