Konica Minolta will recycle cartridges and waste toner bottles - postage to them is free but they'll only accept genuine cartridges.
Samsung
Samsung recycle cartridges under their STAR programme - Samsung Takeback And Recycling. Labels are often in their toner boxes but can also be found online:

Accepts cartridges and gives money they make to charity - They contact you and pick up the cartridges for free.
