Problems
Printer makes a loud bang/snap when trying to print
If the printer makes a loud band or snap sound when trying to print firstly check for any obstructions at the paper tray (slide in drawer) or paper outlet (top). If both of these are clear, check the tray is set to the correct paper size. Even if the length of the tray is only slightly smaller than the paper in use (e.g. A4) this problem will occur.
